WICHITA - Denise Eccleston, 71, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS. She was born September 13, 1945, in Dodge City, to James and Roberta (Walker) Cook.
Denise graduated from Dodge City High School in 1963 and worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone for many years. After retiring she spent time reading and doing puzzles. Denise enjoyed spending time with family.
Survivors include husband: Olen Eccleston, Wichita; daughters: Mandy Kelly and Tandy Decatur (Kevin), both of Wichita; grandsons: Brandon and Garrett and 2 step-grandchildren, Brittani and KJ, all of Wichita; sisters: Cathy Fitzsimmons (Don), Dodge City; Paula Lewis (Paul), Dodge City; Barb Tuxhorn (Rick), Inman; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law, Tom Kelly. Cremation has taken place.
