Craig Howard Harms

In January of 1989 I left Woodland Park Middle School and Senior High School as director of bands to devote full time to my own music technology consulting dealership…Creative Consultation Service and Bandfo.com. In 1985, I was a Fulbright Teacher to London England. Im internationally known as presenter throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Japan on the subject of “Computerized Marching Band and Drum Corps Drill and Pageantry Design”.

I have been since inception the conductor of the Woodland Park Wind Symphony and Jazz Ensemble-“Swing Factory”. I am a founding board member of the Woodland Park Music Series, Music Market, and Woodland Music Week. I was recently nominated and admitted to the American Bandmasters Association (ABA).

My wife Beverly and I have lived in Woodland Park for over 30 years and have 2 daughters, Vanessa and Lauren. Vanessa graduated from the University of Hawaii and was married to Rick Sakimoto. Lauren is an airline mechanic for Horizon/Alaska Airlines of Portland, Oregon. Beverly is a member of the Wind Symphony and the founder of “Jewelry Designs by Bev”.

I still get back occasionally since I write the marching band visual program for the DCHS Marching Band.
