Sydney Lu Horton Sauer

Looking forward to connecting with classmates. The older I get the more I realize how important those early years growing up in the small town of Dodge City are and many fond memories remain embedded in my mind. It was a great time, we had great friends and great teachers.

My primary job was of course to be a mom and enjoy the raising of children and now enjoying the joy of being a grandparent to four.
Career wise: I have been a life long educator. I have a Masters Degree and 65 graduate hours. I taught for several years, became a elementary school counselor and continue that job currently, I taught graduate courses for several colleges throughout the mid states, presented workshops throught the US on True Colors as a certified trainer, and was a presentor for several years for the Kansas State Dept. of Education and wrote curriculum for the teaching of Human Sexuality. I guess you could say I have been in school all but the first 5 years of my life!!!
